We are so excited about the response we have received from the many performances of “His Life” - The Musical over that last two years.  God continues to bless literally thousands of lives as we present the life of Jesus on stage.  Randy is now somewhere between 6,000 and 7,000 performances and still captures the role the same as he did when it all began 22 years ago.  Here is an update we hope you will read and be as thankful as we are for what God is doing.
 
NEW YORK, NY - During the Christmas season 2009 we presented 8 performances of “His Life” - The Musical “off-broadway” in The Promise Theater - Upper Manhattan.  Each show drew standing-room-only crowds and we received hundreds of reports of lives changed.  WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE RETURN to The Promise Theater for another series of 6 performances.  The dates are Thursday December 3, 2010 through Sunday December 5, 2010.  Showtime is 8PM nightly with two 4PM Matinees scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.  If you are going to be in New York City during this time we encourage you to come see us.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - Immediately following the shows in New York 2009 we traveled to Atlanta, Georgia where we did another series of 8 performances at Antioch Church in Suwanee.  This too drew standing-room-only crowds and the response was even greater than in New York.  WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE RETURN to Antioch Church in Suwanee, GA for another 8 performances.  Show dates are Monday December 20, 2010 through Sunday December 26, 2010.  If you are going to be in the Atlanta area during Christmas week we encourage you to bring your entire family to see “His LIfe” - The Musical.  It would be the best Christmas gift you could possibly give.

BRANSON, MISSOURI - The grand Tri-Lakes Center in Branson, Missouri was our next stop.  We presented 9 performances during the Easter holidays 2010.  There was tremendous local support for these shows and we want to thank everyone in the Branson area for attending.

LOS ANGELES, CA - In May 2009 we took the show to Los Angeles.  The location was the all new 2,500 seat venue at Grace Ministries in Fullerton, CA.  Again, standing-room-only audiences for a total viewership of approximately 10,000 people.  The response was overwhelming and we are looking forward to returning to Grace Ministries in the near future.

CARLSBAD, NM - We were honored to go immedately from California to Carlsbad, NM where we presented another 4 performances at the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts Center.  This was especially gratifying because Carlsbad is the birthplace of Allen, Randy and me.  We are forever indebted to Pastor David Prell of Blodgett Street Baptist Church and his staff for spearheading this event.  Approximately 9 churches combined their efforts to ensure the success of these shows.  People in Carlsbad are still talking about “His Life” - The Musical and we look forward to returning to Carlsbad in 2011.

SHIPSHEWANA, IN - At the time of writing this blog we are in Shipshewana, IN.  “His LIfe” - The Musical is scheduled to run through Saturday October 9, 2010 at the Blue Gate Theater.  This 340 seat theater is the venue where we presented the very first performances of the small-stage version.  The first schedule was so successful we were immediately invited back for a second schedule.  Subsequent to that run, we were scheduled for 8 weeks during 2010.  We are presenting 6 shows per week and if you are anywhere near Shipshewana, IN you MUST come see us.  This is the heart of Amish country and on many days there are more horses and buggies in “Shipshe” than there are cars.  It boasts the 2nd largest flea market in the U.S. every Tuesday and Wednesday.  We are thankful for all our friends in Shipshewana who make us feel right at home.  It is also good to see many of our gospel music friends as they appear in Shipshewana.  On this day, Guy Penrod is here.  Coming in the next few weeks are The Hoppers and Mark Lowry.

ANNOUNCEMENTS COMING SOON: We are finalizing plans to take “His Life” - The Musical to Nigeria and across the continent of Africa in 2012.  We are also finalizing plans to return to South Korea.  Be expecting announcements concerning these dates as well as further engagements in the United States.  We want to thank every one of you for being our friend and your continued support.
